Day six, first day of outdoor shoot. We went to an abandoned army base that they used in WWII. We actually being forced to push back the shoot until today due to big rain in past few days. We are having a very tiny crew with only six people for outdoor shoot, because we pushed back the shoot, much more people are not able to come due to other work.
The weather and nature have become our big challenge today. After the rain, mosquitos are going crazy, plus the location we are shooting at is an abandoned area where few people will go so when we get there mosquitos came right at us crazily. It made a our crew member suffer badly. The locations situation are bad, dirty and dusty which made the cast and crew feeling not well, and I planned the route badly which made them walk more than we should have...
Another big problem is Adam, this is the first for him to walk outdoor, and it caused serious damage to him due to rough surface of the road.
Not a good start for the shoot again, but got to do better day by day. I will try harder to plan better and better.
